8 days and 7 nights
Day 1: You will be met at Malargue city, and driven to "Las
Loicas" where the horseback riding to Los Andes Mountains starts.
After a lunch we start preparing all our stuff, have a little ride
around to familiarize yourself with the horses.. Spend the night in
Puesto Villarino.. Dinner and fireside
Day 2: We have breakfast early, and have a full day's ride,
crossing the County Plateau (Mesetas del Pueblo).. We ride across his
basaltic formations to arrive to Vega de los Pacos, where The Andes rise
up behind you.. Dinner.
Day 3: After breakfast we set out for Trolón Hill, riding over
ridges from where you'll have the best Los Andes landscapes.. Then we
get down along volcanic sandy tracks to reach the Trolon Stream (a
crystal clear stream) an see the beatiful Pichi Trolon Waterfall.. We
spend the night by Trolom Stream under the spectacular stars of this
southern site of the world
Day 4: Have breakfast and gallop crossing the Pichi Trolón stream
and getting into the Andes through the Andes. After lunch we start
riding down throught El Muerto steep slopes, arriving to El Negro Lake.
Dinner and fireside
Día 5: We follow our trip to Cajón Grande Thermal Springs. We
enjoy a comfortable thermal bath in Cajon Grande before starting our
return.. Spend the night in Cajón Grande Campsite
Día 6: We ride back to Puesto Villarino, crossing a wide open
spaces, riding as fast as you want.. Spend the night in Puesto Villarino
Dia 7: We start to ride back to Las Loicas and spend the night
there..

The cavalcade starts from hostel Piré in Los Molles.. We begin preparing all our stuff, have a little ride around to familiarize yourself with the horses.. The cavalcade depart at 14:00 hs.. We ride for almost 3 hours to arrive to a beautiful place called paraje La Horqueta, where we rest for a while a have snacks..
We prepare the camp site, dinner and fireside, and spend the night in La Horqueta.
The next day we have breakfast and ride to a place called Mirador de Los Andes (Los Andes View Point) at 3200 mts high, where there is one of the most beautiful Malargüe city, Payunia and Llancanelo sights!!.
We have lunch and back riding during 4-5 hours, arriving to the hostel Piré around 18:00 hs.

About you need to bring: The weather is generally hot and dry during
the day, with maximum temperature between 22 to 35 degreesC.. As we'll
be higher than 1400 m, it could be colder. You have to dress in layers.
It rarely rains, however it is neccesary to wear a jacket to give
protection against wind and rain.. The clothes will be comfortable for
riding.
It is also important to bring protection against the sun, which is very
strong: sun block, a hat with wide brim..
